Fabada (Spanish White Bean Stew)
We were looking to come up with an ultra-easy recipe that could be whipped together in 10 minutes when you’re looking for something to serve those surprise guests that show up at the door once in a while. This one fits the bill. It may not be the the most impressive hors d’oeuvres in your repertoire but it will likely be the easiest to prepare.
Ingredients
- soda cream crackers
Salmon:
- 3 tbsp red onion diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber diced
- 1 lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice fresh
- 100 g salmon scottish smocked, chopped
Garnish:
- black pepper
- chives chopped
Instructions
Salmon:
- Cover onion with water and soak for 15 minutes.
- combine the salmon, onion, cucumber, lemon zest and lemon juice on a bowl.
Assembly
- Spoon salmon mixture evenly onto crackers. Top with black pepper and chives. Serve immediately .
