Fabada (Spanish White Bean Stew)

Since the only modern day requirement for calling a drink a Martini is that it be served in a Martini glass ... we might as well throw this one into the mix as well. No gin. No vermouth. Not even vodka. It has coconut rum. But you have to admit it looks great in the glass.
Servings 1 cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum recommended, Malibu
  • 3/4 oz coffee liqueur recommended, Tia Maria or Kahlua
  • 1/2 oz chocolate liqueur dark, recommended, Crème de Cacao or Godiva

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the shaker with several cubes of ice and shake vigorously.
  • Squeeze a few circular rows of chocolate syrup on the inside of a chilled Martini glass and strain the liquid into the glass with a fine mesh strainer.
  • Garnish with raspberries and mint. Serve.
