Fabada (Spanish White Bean Stew)

This one satisfies to of Ollie O’s frequent yearnings. Coffee and vodka. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz coffee liqueur recommended, Kahlua
  • 1 oz vodka any high quality brand
  • 1 oz coffee freshly brewed espresso

Instructions

  • Chill the stemmed cocktail glass.
  • To a shaker add the liquid ingredients and cubes of ice.
  • Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
  • Strain the drink into the chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with the orange peel (squeeze the peel over the drink before garnishing to add the aroma and oils from the peel to frothy top of the drink).
