Chocolate Ganache
Shiny and silky smooth chocolate ganache is simple to make but divinely decadent. This recipe has a little extra kick due to the additional of small amount of salt and cayenne pepper to give it a bit of kick.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate in chunks
- 1/2 cups whipping cream (30% to 35%)
- 1 tsp instant coffee granuals
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and cream in the top pot of a double boiler and then add the cayenne and salt and stir to incorporate
